Cafe Gallery

Went to a exhibit cafe to get some food before heading back to UCLA. Lots of cool stuff but no gallery that day.

Front of the secret cafe, no sign.

The warehouse

After making some arrangements for an upcoming CF project (Go Canada!), I stopped by Richie's warehouse aka the playground last week. Too much fun stuff, not enough pictures.

Aston Martin DB9. Went for a ride (in a similar but different DB9), the only way to describe the torque was.....ridiculous. From 0-5mph, the NA V12 takes you by surprise and turn you into a bobble head. I think we got up to 100mph (on a closed racing course).

The instrument clusters has spot light LEDs projector downward, very nice touch. The tach sweeps counter-clockwise, pretty cool too.

Instrument for this Autobiography Range Rover is 100% digital, meaning what you see right there is just a LCD screen. There is no actual mechanical needles or numbering on it, just displayed images that reflects real time what your car is doing.

More news on the bumper design

Here are some more pictures on the new bumper as many have requested. Thanks for all the interest. The bumper is ready for order.

This is a replacement bumper. I wasn't part of the design team but the vision was to offer a subtle, sporty yet classy alternative to the stock rear. I'm glad to say that we have achieved just that. As you can see from the pictures below, the part has been very carefully crafted to ensure top notch quality and OEM fitment.

Optional: 2x2 carbon fiber weave option for the diffuser area, with automotive clear.

CF grill

I really love the way the G grill is designed. Inspired by the blades of a Samurai, I think the entire piece is very classy yet aggressive. I've been waiting a long time to do a carbon fiber version. Thanks to a recent client for stepping up and delivering the grill all the way from NC to CA!
