Onto the new stuff. New headlight design for the coupe.

Flat black housing
Flat black side marker
High grade LEDs (life time warranty)
Cool white

The new design change utilizes the entire length of the clear shroud opening. The older ArcReactor uses only the tip of the clear and points the LED forward, creating a ring effect, which looks nice but the viewing angle is greatly restricted. Once the viewer moves away from the center, front of the vehicle, the ring effect disappears.

The new LEDs are wide angled and are directed outward, away from the shroud, to be seen from a much wider viewing angle. The light also scatters and bounces off the chrome, creating interesting reflections against the surface.

Steering wheel piece

For some time now, the button area on my steering wheel have been scratched up from wear and tear. I use those buttons all the time to control the radio and what not. Since the matte finish isn't the best, scratches easily developed. Finally had the time to do some R&D and push out a CF piece to alleviate this annoyance.

I like it a lot because it's a intermediate step (more affordable one) from the full CF steering wheel conversion, which is available upon request as well. Special order only. Comes with Alcantara grip, new stitching, CF flat bottom and CF top. Picture will be posted in 1 a few weeks!

Still working out the details on pricing...etc. But here it is, the carbon fiber steering wheel bezel!

Random photo at iForged. Email me for pricing!

Wide bodied, super charged 330 with a sexy rear end (!) resurrected from the dead. CF everywhere, including interior, hood, fenders, trunk.....etc. Running on piano black Forgestar F14s. The stage 3 clutch felt like I was doing a leg press whenever I would need to shift. Pretty intense.

Not sure what this is?? But late at night, the garage was left open and he got in because I guess it was warm. Found a shoe box so I picked him up by his tail, wearing gloves. He was more frightened than anything but looked liked a cool cat, so I named him Frank. I've seen Frank's mom before around the front yard.......It was late at night a few weeks ago. I came back in through the front door and discovered a cat-sized creature sitting there. Our eyes met, I said "oh hai" but she ignored me and continued with her midnight stroll. I felt very rejected so I went back inside and ate ice cream. Anyway, I decided to take some pictures and let Frank go and he scurried away, hopefully to safety.

TOMORROW. I will have updates on the release of a new CF part for the coupe AND sedan folks. Check back tomorrow night!

Gen Coupe CF headlights

Had the opportunity to work on a pair of Gen Coupe headlights. Really glad with how the CF turned out with the contours and edges. There's still things that can be improved so it's not perfect. Hopefully next pair will be even better. This one belongs to a full show car/track car. I'd like to not post any pictures right now since you can see it in its entirety (lots of CF!) at the ARK's upcming BBQ meet, which I will be attending as a vendor. WOO! Korean BBQ!

Malibu Canyon Run 2010

Few weekends ago, I went up to Malibu for the annual Malibu Canyon run. Pretty fun as usually, everyone followed the rules, no crashes and trouble with the popo. Good times.

Also, on the way best, I checked my NAV for a good route home. Found an awesome road, Latigo Canyon Rd. No traffic, fun corners, and very quiet. Just you and the road.

PS. The more professional looking photos (second half) were shot by professional photographer Omar G.
